House: I could see him being in Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin. I say not Hufflepuff because I don't imagine him as being amazingly nice.
History: Rhett is the oldest of the children of Damien and Hollis Sutherland. He was born in Georgia in the winter of 1979. His parents are both from prominent pureblood families, and his father's family is one of the most powerful and influential families in the Americas and the world. In his sixth year, his school (Phoenixin) was attacked, and his family, not approving of any other schools in the Americas, sent him to finish his last year at Hogwarts.
Appearance: Well, he is Charlotte's brother, so they need to look somewhat alike.
Personality: Rhett is very suave and charismatic, but also very arrogant and stubborn. He doesn't really have an opinion on Voldemort that he shares with people; his unbringing made it slightly confusing for him (his family is very pureblood supremacist, but they believe nonpurebloods are merely members of a lower class; they shouldn't all be killed. He's also had several nonpureblood friends).
